This study is focused on cutting tool for hard metal in milling center.
Goals:
- From machine data coming from sensors define relevant features that are informative for the tool wear
- From these features, find a way to modelize or predict the tool wear (maxerror < 0.03mm)
Data available:
- Time series from sensor data: spindle power, y axes current, vibration, microphone
- Data of the tool wear
