IFCAM has a Steering board, composed of forteen members, representing the signatory institutions.
IFCAM has a Scientific Committee, composed of six scientists, named by the signatory institutions.
IFCAM is managed by a director and a deputy director.
Presently the director is Govindan Rangarajan from the Indian Institute of Science, and the deputy director is Jean-Pierre Raymond from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III.
The financial management is ensured by IFCPAR.
