Overview
mixOmics can display several types of 3D plots fully customizable. These plots are independent of the statistical methods used to analyze the data and can process any results coming from them. The two main 3D plots available are:
- plotVar – in this type of graphical display, the variables X and Y are represented through their projections into the sphere defined either by X-variates or Y-variates.
- plot3DVar – this is a 3D representation of plotVar
- Cluster Image Map (CIM)
- pHeatMap
